![]() 'Inspiration can come from anywhere,' Paige says. ![]() The premise was inspired by her own pal who had a flirty encounter during a routine trip to the opticians, leading to the literary birth of Hannah and her sparky complex relationship with a guy called Sonny who comes in for his prescription one fateful day. ![]() Usually I can say if I enjoyed writing it, then people will enjoy reading it and I've really, really, really enjoyed writing this one!' As I was writing it, I just felt that these characters really worked, they're definitely two of my favourites. 'I'm not sure I've ever felt more confident that my readers will like a book. 'I can't wait for people to read it,' she enthuses. The Minute I Saw You might be Paige's 'sexiest and lightest book to date' but it's also her darkest and she has a gut feeling her readers are going to love it. This week she's celebrating the digital release of her 18th novel, The Minute I Saw You, the global health crisis pushing back the paperback launch to early August. The former Heat magazine editor has a huge amount to be grateful for, a massively successful career, her darling children Indy (12) and Idha (10) and the luxury of travelling the world in the name of research. ![]()
